Tuesday's Foods?
Didn't have a loss, but here's to hoping again!
Breakfast-
Carb Countdown Strawberry Smoothie
Coffee/half and half/= 12 oz
Snack-
Glenny's Low Carb Big Crunch Protein Bar
4 Ritz Crackers- these must be out of my sight
Crystal Light- 24 oz
Lunch-
2 oz turkey breast
Smidge mayo
.5 oz "Just the Cheese & Soy" crisps
Snack-
Will be iced coffee... in about 20 minutes...
Dinner-
I'm making low-carb mac & cheese, but I'll probably eat turkey and some of the cheese sauce before adding to pasta.
Tonight before bed...
Crystal Light- 24-32 oz..

Snack-
wasn't iced coffee, it was a SF Vanilla Latte...
And a teaspoon of cream cheese
Dinner-
.5 oz trail mix (my homemade concoction..)
Two fingerlicks of cheese from mac & cheese
one bite steamed broccoli
Now until bed-
Crystal Light
Maybe a slice of ham & pickle or something.. I know I'm gonna be hungry in a while...
So, before anything else, it's about 800 calories and 64 grams of protein..
