Monday- What did you eat today?
I had a good day foodwise, for me!....
Although, I got intestinal upset from a protein bar. Perhaps that will show a loss tommorrow?

Not really hungry, trying to catch-up on my liquids...only 32oz so far and according to that thinnerself website I am supposed to be getting 112oz...so way, way behind.

Happy Holidays,
I had a bad day food wise. I haven't been feeling well and eat like crap when that happens. I'm still feeling really depressed, and lethargic, is anyone else having this problem?
B - none
L - 4 pretzels and 2 oz. lowfat cheese
S - handful of pistachios (hurt my pouch)
D - pasta with butter and parm. cheese (YUK) I feel sick
Hardly any water, no protien shake, overall, a terrible food day.

Hey Beth, not sure of showing a loss here - haven't seen one of those in weeks.
Here is my day:
B - protien shake (1 scoop vanilla low carb, 2 tbls cocoa powder, 2 splenda, 1/2 banana, 2tbs peanut butter) (Makes 28 ounces 356 cals)
L - 1 cup homemade chili
D - 4 ounce fajita steak with chipolte chili sauce (home made)
S - almonds or brazil nuts (2 ounce)
That's it. It totals about 1,000 cals for the day. 34 fat, 42 carb and 92 protien - might remove the nuts to lower the protien to closer to 70.
