Sunday/What did you eat?

Me: Made a turkey today... BF- 5 thin slices bacon Lunch- 3 slices bacon (from on top of turkey ) Snack- few bites broccoli with gouda & swiss melted about 1 oz turkey 1/4 C butternut squash Dinner- Probably turkey meat, I'm full now from picking while I cooked. :-X Beth 313/165/130

coffee/creamer/splenda No breakfast Lunch-chili with cheese and 2 crackers, it was fast food and I ate less than half of the bowl Snack-handful of japanese peanuts Dinner- probably be a cheese enchilada

B: 3/4c Turkey Potpie filling...homemade L: 4 potato chips, 3 slices of Salami, 1oz Allouete Lite (Garlic & Herb) D: Maybe more Potpie filling or just a protein drink...pouchie is still being temperamental...feels stuffed.

Let's see...... breakfast - banana protein shake with peanut butter mixed in Lunch - 2 oz of grilled chicken 1/2 cup baked potato snack - large handful of almonds dinner - not hungry... I might nibble on some leftover turkey Ronda 297/286/205/????I'll know when I get there!

Just adding the rest of my day... Dinner- Genisoy LC Crunch Protein Bar- another new one to try, this was a good one too... didn't make me the slightest bit sick!! Snack- Barry's French Twist Coffee/cream/= Beth 35 to goal...
