Any advice out there? I've been stuck at 205 for a couple of weeks. I am sooooo ready to be below 200 I can't stand it but the scales won't budge. I'm also almost at 100 pounds lost (started at 297)! I'm doing everything right. I'm excercising like crazy, eating all my protein and getting plenty of water. What now? Help..... Ronda

Ronda- Hello! Are you logging your food daily? Are you eating enough calories? Because---it sounds like you are doing things the right way! Have you pulled out that measuring tape lately? Perhaps you're shifting! Do you keep a weight chart--- is there any pattern to your loss? (I am now losing much much slower than before, but I'm a bad bad example! I don't drink enough, don't exercise regularly, eat too much fat, and drink too much coffee. ) Just remember, it's only a number... and as much as it FRUSTRATES us... it's just a number... Thanks Beth! I know you've had a similar frustration recently too. Has it gotten better for you? You made me think about a couple of things though. I've been snacking on almonds lately. Maybe they have too much fat. And I have been drinking more coffee too. Hmmmmmm..... I'm going to get back to loggin my food. Thanks for your support! I love to read your posts. Thanks for the way you support all of us! Ronda

Ronda- To be honest, the weight loss is still slow... but it comes in spurts. I mean, I'm thrilled to be where I am at... but I want that goal so bad... As for nuts, yes... lots of fat... good fat, but still it's fat! Perhaps make sure you're measuring your serving size... I try to keep nuts at the exact serving size on the package, or less. And, you're welcome! Beth 313-165-130

Hi Ronda, Gosh you are doing great! Have you tried logging your meals into fitday.com? You can log your exercise in too. Its gives you a gauge of where you are calorie consumption vs. calories burned. Keep doing what you are doing, and I'm sure the weight will come off! Take care, Rachel

Hi Rachel! Thanks for reminding me. I haven't been on Fitday for a while. I guess it's time to get back to it. I tried to get on the other day and I think they have deleted my information. I couldn't log on. Do you think they get rid of it if you haven't logged on in a while? I hate to start over because I liked being able to see my progress but I guess I will. I need to get new pictures on my profile and posting like you. I look so different now. Thanks for the support! Ronda
