2 oz sliced ham
1/4 slice provolone cheese.. rolled up with
shredded lettuce, bite tomato, banana pepper
Snack-
1 serving Glenny's Slim Carb Soy Crisps Mint Fudge
Latte with whole milk
Dinner-
5 slices bacon
shredded lettuce, tomato...
mayo

Nuttin' yet... perhaps some Keto ice cream...

I was not good today...my pouchie is unhappy.
B: 8 oz Carb Countdown (Hood) Chocolate Milk
S: 1oz turkey, 1/2c Carmel Apple Salad
L: 2 low carb pizza appetizers
D: 1c turkey potpie filling...no crust
S: 1/4c mixed nuts
I thought I needed to the nuts, but nothing came up. So I am going to try some hot herbal tea and see if I can make my pouchie happy.
