Let's see.. Its been awhile since Ive done this.. Coffee w/ half and half 4 slices of turkey w/ 2 oz of cream cheese 1 banana 5 cubes of pineapple 1 beef stick. 1 cup of chicken noodle soup 1 slice of muentser cheese... mmmmm yummy

Do you smear the turkey with cream cheese--- that sounds like something I'd like... in my turkey & ham kick here... Adding to my day... I forgot, earlier I had two bites of watermelon, one bite of pineapple....and I just had a piece of ham with a splenda sweet pickle rolled up........ Beth

Yeah, I like to load my meat up with cheese! I love the ham and cream cheese, but today only had turkey left... never tried splenda pickles.. Im not a splenda fan. I still opt for the ole pink and blues..

Oh these sweet pickles rock.. they'e from Mt. Olive--- I just love them. I just roll up the pickle and ham.. it's a perfect snack. -B

coffee/splenda/creamer breakfast-carbsense hot cereal 2 scoops of nectar in 32 ounces of water Lunch-3 ounces diced ham, 1 ounce of cheese dinner-popcorn through out the day about 6 cups of tea

BF - 1.5oz Cottage Cheese, 28g Pepperoni (Chips) L - 3oz Meatloaf D - 1/2c Refried Beans S - 1oz Rasins I am still way off on my protein...I've got to add another snack. 16oz Crystal Lite and water is still good 64oz so far...working on another 20 now.

breakfast - 1 apple lunch - 1 1/2 scrambled egg, 1 slice bacon, 1/2 cup hashbrown potatoes snack - 1/4 cup whole natural almonds dinner - banana/peanut butter protein shake with rice milk I think I eat a lot more than most of you on this post. But I guess as long as I'm still losing, I shouldn't worry, right? Ronda
