Let's see.. Its been awhile since Ive done this..
Coffee w/ half and half
4 slices of turkey w/ 2 oz of cream cheese
1 banana
5 cubes of pineapple
1 beef stick.
1 cup of chicken noodle soup
1 slice of muentser cheese...
mmmmm yummy

Yeah, I like to load my meat up with cheese! I love the ham and cream cheese, but today only had turkey left... never tried splenda pickles.. Im not a splenda fan. I still opt for the ole pink and blues..
breakfast - 1 apple
lunch - 1 1/2 scrambled egg, 1 slice bacon, 1/2 cup hashbrown potatoes
snack - 1/4 cup whole natural almonds
dinner - banana/peanut butter protein shake with rice milk
I think I eat a lot more than most of you on this post. But I guess as long as I'm still losing, I shouldn't worry, right?
