Protein/Calories/Water
Protein: 60-75 per day
Calories: Try to stay around 800 no more than 1000
Water: Minimum 64oz...I try for more like 80oz
This part is a little bit tougher
Carbs: I try to stay around 23...not very successful, but I try
Sugar: I don't eat sugar...any I get is trace
Fat: This one I don't really track unless it gets excessive...I use Fitday to track my food and if the pie shows too much...I trim back.
I am not the best patient, but I really do try.

*Amount of calories/day --- Over 500 under 1000 occasionally over
*Amount of water/day --- 64 oz or more (rare I ever get enough! )
Per serving, where do you keep your carb/sugar/fat percentage at? ---
I really don't pay attention to percentages, but I avoid carbohydrates, I avoid refined sugars, and I do not restrict fat because otherwise I wouldn't eat! I live on cheese, and cheese is high in fat.
My surgeon recommends eating a low-fat diet with some carbohydates, but I don't do it. I eat a moderate fat diet with hardly any carbs. My diet resembles an Atkins diet- just much smaller quantities.

CARBS:
I don't limit carbs really only because I believe our brains need carbs to function. I probably get about 100-150 per day.
SUGAR:
Don't keep track of %. Just try to watch it.
FAT:
My doc says keep it to 20g per day. I never keep it that low but I try to watch it.
I'm still losing about 2 lbs per week.
