Hi all....just a quick update. My 7 month anniversary was yesterday...I went and got weighed today. My total that I'm down now is 117 lbs....wooohooo...lol I'm so happy with my progress, but I've got a lot more to go...but I know I'll get there.

Wow Stacy thats great, I had my 7 month anniversary on the 12th and I'm down 164 from the day of surgery, it's an awesome feeling isn't it. I too still have a long way to go but for the first time in a decade I weigh less than 300 so I'm happy lol.... HW 480 SW 456 CW 294 GW 150ish
