Whatcha been eating? Thursday or Friday...

Hi all- Yesterday was off kilter with the holiday, I didn't eat well/much, as the kids were home, and DH had to work... This is what I had all day, in no particular order: Coffee/half and half/sweetener (3 times) Gruyere cheese, in bits throughout day (about 2 oz total) 1 slice honey maple ham (about 1 oz) Mozzarella cheese from pizza slice (about 1 oz) Crispy cinnamon pita chips (3 servings throughout day) Today (Friday), BF- Coffee/cream/= 1 oz gruyere cheese Lunch- Probably ham or turkey & more cheese Dinner- I'm making a roast beef... with asparagus if I can fit it. Beth 40 lbs to goal...

I've been a bad girl today...don't know what came over me...I started out okay. B = 1.5oz Cottage Cheese & 28g pepperoni slices (crisped) L = Burger King Tendercrisp Salad (ate the chicken, cheese, tomatoes and 3oz of lettuce) About two hours later...after a bottle of water...I started feeling shaky, light headed, and very hot...after about 30 minutes my boss suggested I eat something. So he got me the chicken sandwich. ? = 80% of a Burger King Chicken Sandwich with bun Don't have a clue how I got it all in...I must have chewed it to death. Within 15 minutes of eating I started to feel better. My pouchie didn't hurt and I kept it down. I feel better and decided to pass on dinner, but that whole five hour thing...so I had 1oz of cottage cheese with a slice of deli turkey.

Today I had........ B- Protein Shake L- Leftover roasted chicken with gravy......about 4ozs D- More leftover roasted chicken with gravy, a few baby carrots and a couple bites of stuffing.......YUM! S- Pepperoni stick and a chunk of cheddar cheese
