I just can't believe it I have lost 9 pounds in 3 days.... Prior to today I had only lost 15pds since July! I have been drinking Pro-Preformance 100 percent Whey protien and water (5 shakes per day). Last Tues on Election day I weighed 239 and today I weigh 230. I purchased and wore a size 18 stretch Jeans today...... My plan is to stay on the liquid protien train for 11 more days.... I have not cheated 1 time.... Today was my first tough day for a few minutes, because a drug Rep came to our office and bought a huge mexican di**** smelled absolutely wonderful, but I abstained..... Be encouraged, and I will keep you posted.... 20 more pounds and I am in the Century Club. MonCheri

Wow! You GO! I am seriously considering going back to full liquids myself as I have been stuck at 203 for 2 months now even though I have been working out like a fiend. How hard was it for you the first few days? Keep us posted. Elisha

Thanks for your support. The first 2 days were probably the most difficulty even though I didn't experience any headaches or head rushes, it took me a minute for my mind to understand that NO means NO!! smile. This really has helped me get control and break this serious plateau I was going through. I work out at least 5 times a week and I wasn't seeing the scales move for weeks even 2 months. I became frustrated, and decided I had to do something drastic, and it worked. Thanks for everyone's support..... Oh and since I work this post yesterday, I got up this morning, and another 2 pounds....

Cheri, man - we sound so much alike and not that far apart in surgery dates. i was telling my dh this morning that i need to go to a full liquid stage for a while to see if i can bust this plateau. i also have been batteling the same 5 pounds for the past two months. it is so discouraging. i workout, walk and do everything right. i have a protien drink that i drink every morning that has about 300 cals with 45 g of protien....i'm thinking to make three per day and see what happens. right now i do six small meals (1 protien shake) along with 3/4 ounce of protien 5 times per day and i average between 800 and 1,100 cals per day. i also walk for 1 hour and do water aerobics and weight training so i'm burning more than consuming but the scale is not moving. your idea sounds great and i'm going to give it a try. i was hoping to be at 200 by christmas this year and i'm 39 pounds away.... thanks for the idea. All aboard the Protien train is moving? Who would like to join? Someone asked how much protien in each shake. It is 20 grams per shake. The banana creme is wonderful. If you need some encouragement, drop me an email. I think doing this liquid protien as reallly help me. When I was trying to do just liquids (juices) it would cause my blood sugar to go up and down and my hunger pang's followed suite.... So I thought I would try the protien alone and it worked. I will weigh again tomrrow and give yall a report of what day five brings.... Cheri
