B - protien drink L - 1/2 chicken breast with melted cheese and 1 strip bacon and 5 fries S - small bag cheese popcorn (popcorn still bothers my pouch, I shouldn't eat it) D - a low carb chicken lean cuisine S - peaches A good day for me. Got all my water in. Dianne

Breakfast:advantage protein bar Lunch: 1/4 CUP fruit, 1/2 turkey sandwich snack:1/2 big pretzel dinner: homemade chicken noodle soup 1 cup snack: soy crisps

Let's see, What did I eat Tuesday. hmm well I had about 6 slices of bacon for breakfast. YUMMY! I had a wendy's small chili with cheese for lunch. Dinner was a side salad I purchased at wendy's for lunch. I only ate about 1/2 of it. Snack I had 3 cheese crackers.
