Monday/Food Journals
what i plan to have today...
bfast: coffee half n half, sweet n low, dry low carb cinnamon cereal
lunch: baked beans 1/2 can w/ melted cheese on top
snack: dry trail mix that i made w/ peanuts, sunflower seeds, cereal, raisins
dinner: carb countdown yogurt, string cheese, celery w/ peanut butter, protein shake (i'll bring all this to work and figure out what to have while i'm there)
so far only 6 oz of water in, if that.. i'm my own worst enemy with this!! did make it to curves today!! way to start a monday!!! ~Kim
