B - Protein Shake 30g protein S - Cheese stick, 4 wheat thins L - Tuna Salad & 4 wheat thins S - Cheese stick D - Hamburger or Pork Chop Bought Peach Propel to drink today....If I fini**** all will be 71 oz!! Exercise: 15 minute walk with dog, Morning, Noon & Night for a total of 45 - 60 minutes!

what i plan to have today... bfast: coffee half n half, sweet n low, dry low carb cinnamon cereal lunch: baked beans 1/2 can w/ melted cheese on top snack: dry trail mix that i made w/ peanuts, sunflower seeds, cereal, raisins dinner: carb countdown yogurt, string cheese, celery w/ peanut butter, protein shake (i'll bring all this to work and figure out what to have while i'm there) so far only 6 oz of water in, if that.. i'm my own worst enemy with this!! did make it to curves today!! way to start a monday!!! ~Kim

...the rest of the day... Lunch- 1/2 C Atkins Mac & Cheese Dinner- 2 oz Pot Roast Snacks- 2 mini Payday bars & 1 mini M & M's :anger: I should be done, but I'll probably have a bowl of chili or cereal later. The candy must be thrown away. I'm having issues! Beth
