What did you eat today?
Goodness today started out ok, but ended up not to good.
B-protein shake
L-nothing
D- a bite of steak...didnt sit well, and 2 bites mac and cheese, and 2 bites of potatos, and a 1/4 of a slice of garlic bread. It really ticks me off about the steak. I can toerate loose ground beef, steaks (sliced very thin in crockpot with a type of gravy in there)and rare steak from resturant...but not at home.Grrrr I am cleaning out both freezers and mainly what is in there is steak, that I can't eat. Hubby eats good though.
