With the weather starting to get cold, soups and chili dance in my head. Yesterday I made a big pot of vegtable soup. Yummy. This is what I am having today B-was 1oz of cojack cheese and 1oz of hard salami L- will be a protein shake D- will be vegtable soup and another shake before bed. Tootles, Brenda

Let's see... This morning I had about 1 cup of shrimp and coctail sauce. Lunch was 3/4 cup chicken livers with diet mayo. Dinner will be shrimp and coctail sauce again. Hopefully I'll be able to fit in an apple or an orange somewhere. So far I've had just over 2 quarts of liquid. Have a great weekend! Linda 334/219

Linda this is exactly why I like to post this kind of message. I new there was something I was forgetting on my grocery list...Shrimp. Your breakfast sounded yummy!!! Brenda ps eat a couple extra at dinner for me Brenda

well, the weather is really getting chilly here but i will stick with some oldies for me: B - 28 ounce homemade chocolate/bannana/peanut butter protien shake (work on this till about 10:00 a.m.) L - 3 ounce jumbo crabmeat (salad with mayo), 1 ounce mozarella melted on top and 2 ounce sauteed mushrooms (took about 1 hour to eat). S - 12 ounce atkins chocolate protien drink D - crustless peppironi pizza with extra cheese S - cashews or almonds I try to eat 6 small meals per day - never over 1 cup of food. Most days i eat chili three times per day (S1 L and S2) But today my shake took me from 7:30 a.m. till my first snack time to complete. Normally i have it completed before 8:00 so i'm not needing a snack. today though i just couldn't get it all down in the normal time. I have been craving soup lateley as well. Have not had any yet though B-CarbSense hot cereal 3.5 oz s-coffee with splenda and creamer L-1/2 wonton wrap (they are small), 4 bites of shredded beef, bite of sweet and sour chicken. It was chinese buffet D- I plan on having some greens and chicken breast Out of protein drink, this time I ordered 3 canisters so that it will last me longer. Mechelle
