WATER CHALLENGE!!!
LET'S GETTA THROW'N DOWN I'M GOING FOR ANOTHER 104OZ'S OF PURE H2O. YEP, I'M GOING TO KEEP DOING IT B/C I THINK IT MAY MAKE SOME DIFFERENCE. BESIDES MY FIRST MONTH AND A MONTH ONCE I STARTED EXERCISING (lost 7lbs that month) I'VE AVERAGED -9LBS/MO. HOWEVER FOR MY LOSE FOR THE MONTH OF OCT (i started upping my h2o intake to 100oz+ at least 5 days/wk). I LOST AND XTRA POUND -10 . SO I SAID UHMMMMMMM MAYBE THE WATER IS HELPING TO SOME EXTINCT TO GET OFF ALITTLE XTRA, AN XTRA POUND FOR ME IS GOOD REASON TO KEEP DOIN' THE DO . HOW MUCH WILL YOU PLEDGE TO GUZZLE TODAY?
Ok...I've been on the fence about this water challenge, but I'm with ya now.
I had my body composition taken at the OH National event. I had already had 24oz propell, 2 24 oz bottles of water and a small glass of water. It was 3pm when I had it done, and it showed that I WAS LOW ON WATER!
So, so far I have had 24oz...and I just filled up my second bottle. Just waiting for the 1/2 after I eat!
