B- Protein fruit smoothie
S1 - low sugar oatmeal
L - lean cuisine - chicken carbonara
S2 - will be 6 oz. low sugar yogurt and maybe a little popcorn
D - will be 1/2 bacon tomato spinach tortilla wrap and potato skin with cheese
S3 - will be 1/2 c. s-f pudding or sf ice cream
4 oz of water so far, that's where I really need help!
