I need a snack idea

Hi all, I need a new snack idea, i am so sick of string cheese! I was also eating 1/2 cup of chex mix with melted pepper jack cheese on it but I am also sick of that. I have recently tried popcorn, this is great and I found it in MINI bags so I don't eat too much or have a bunch left over. any ideas welcome, i am just out of ideas and hoped since we are all the same distance out from surgery you might help me better for this stage. Here are some things I use: Individual serving size of soup. Peanuts - what out for the fat content Take chicken and cut it into small bite sizes Low-salt saltine crackers w/peanut butter Grapes - throw them in the freezer first - they're yummy Chocolate carb countdown milk blended with ice.

At the convention we got these great protein chips...they come in Chili Nacho Cheese, Crispy Parmesan, and Lemon Garlic. They were all very yummy and satisfied my crunch craving. I also zap pepperoni slices in the microwave. Oooh! Almost forgot to tell you what they are called Kay's Naturals Protein Chips (kaysnaturals.com). There were also some Power Crunch Bars (cream filled wafer covered in chocolate)...also very yummy. My sister bought a couple of boxes and left me some which I cut into bite size pieces to snack on. Sorry don't remember the distributor right now, but I'll check tonight.

beef jerky goldfish with some peanut butter mixed together apples chez/crackers mixed nuts/ raisins r cranraisins mix lettuce,deli meat, ches wraps

Avid protien bars....more like a meal than a snack....but so good & 20+ grams of protien per bar depending on flavor...kind of like pay day candy bars.

Here's what I snack on: roasted-salted almonds cashews peanuts sunflower seeds sharp cheddar cheese beef jerky goldfish triscuits popcorn strawberries dipped in splenda watermelon canteloupe Hope this helps!

I snack on these things: instant low sugar oatmeal - this keeps me full for hours low sugar yogurt crackers with cheese hot choc (1 c. milk with 1T s-f nestles chocolate) 1/2 c. sf ice cream or pudding popcorn - low fat kettle corn - tastes sweet but has no sugar 1/2 protein bar protein fruit smoothie - 8 oz sf tang, splenda, 1/2 banana, few strawberries, 1 scoop protein powder (if you freeze the fruit it thicken it up great without ice) Good luck!
