Daily Food Journals (Thursday)
I am kind of off today, I got up early and had a cup of coffee with cream and vanilla devinci syrup, then 30 minutes later had a half bowl of oatmeal, could not fini**** like I normally do,
then had about 30 oz of water, for a snack i had some popcorn. I am way behind on my protein today so I might have to get a protein drink in!
its been rainy and overcast all morning, maybe that is why I feel so off today. I am having my 6 month labs tomorrow and have to FAST 14 hours, so i better get my protein in before 6pm

Being a good girl today:
BF:20 oz h20, 1/3 cup cottage cheese, Mandarin oranges, MJ Cheese Stick.
Sn: can of SF mango Minute Maid light - 12 more oz fluid.
Lu: Planning on going to the Olive Garden - Chicken Broccoli Kids meal. MMMMMm..

PS - made a SF Apple Cranberry pie last night - MMMmmmm. I'm telling you I am better at cooking pies with splenda than I ever was cooking with sugar. I committed a sacrilige yesterday, I left the crust and just ate out the filling. LOL - Good girl, yes, but it was funny to me as the crust is usually my favorite part.
cup of coffe with creamer and splenda
2 scoops of fuzzy navel with 32 ounces of crystal lite
B Carbsense cereal (ate breakfast at 11:30 just not hungry in the a.m. any more)
L-1.5 ounces of tuna with 3 crackers
D don't know yet, I won't be having that until around 9 tonight.
