Well today I ate something that probably wasn't the best choice. I ate a 7 oz. Dinty Moore Beef Stew. Well I only ate about 1/2 of it. I'm going back to the salads tonight. BTW, I bought a size 18 pants today. WOOHOOOO!!! and they actually fit. Life is good!

Well, today I haven't ate that much..even by my standers. B-skipped L-half small can of mandarian oranges D-1/2 inch of a tortilla pinwheel. One bite of cheese sausage mixture. S-maybe try some popcorn. I haven't had that since before surgery. Not really hungry though. Brenda

96 oz of pure water/8oz of coffee/splenda brk-3 forkfuls of egg whites w/chopped ham snk-3 forkfuls of eggs (reminder of eggs) lun-4 wheat cracker w/pb din-3oz of thin sliced beef/3spfuls corn snak-3 bites of mcd's apple pie (bad gurl) ouch it hurts, my pouch read me a line or two on that one
