Well today I ate something that probably wasn't the best choice. I ate a 7 oz. Dinty Moore Beef Stew. Well I only ate about 1/2 of it. I'm going back to the salads tonight.
BTW, I bought a size 18 pants today. WOOHOOOO!!! and they actually fit. Life is good!
cup of coffee/splenda/creamer
2 scoops of Fuzzy Navel/Crystal lite
B-carb sense hot cereal
S-handful of almonds
L-3 ounces of Salmon mixed with Carb control salad dressing

2 TBSP tomato sauce (Barilla Cheese)

Snacks-
1 fun size twix bar
Iced coffee/cream/splenda
Crystal Light (24 oz)

Well, today I haven't ate that much..even by my standers.
B-skipped
L-half small can of mandarian oranges
D-1/2 inch of a tortilla pinwheel. One bite of cheese sausage mixture.
S-maybe try some popcorn. I haven't had that since before surgery. Not really hungry though.

din-3oz of thin sliced beef/3spfuls corn
snak-3 bites of mcd's apple pie (bad gurl) ouch it hurts, my pouch read me a line or two on that one
