What's the damage? How did YOUR weekend go foodwise? I'm still on my little plateau. Two weeks. Phooey. Foodwise, okay, I guess! Today- BF- Carb Countdown Strawberry Smoothie Lunch- 2 servings Girlfriends' Booty Snack- Iced Coffee/Cream/= Dinner- Who knows- but it will be more protein..... Ok, today all I have had so far is a protien shake. I find I tend to start my day out by skipping breakfast, same as before surgry. anyway..I guess I dont skip breakfast rather than I eat breakfast at noon, lunch at 6, and dinner at 9...so everything is just moved up a few hous..kinda anyway. D- is 3 oz steak, and green beans tottles, Brenda

I've been on a plateau for several weeks, but hanging in there. B = 3 oz Cottage Cheese S = 1 oz Cheddar Cheese L = 3 oz Ground Beef (I made with tomatoes & green chili) D = 3 oz Chicken Breast So far 30 oz of water and 20 oz of Crystal Light (Pineapple-Orange).

Hi Beth - finally lost a pound which I will probably regain tomorrow - go up and down for a week and then it will stay gone! BF - coffee w/cream 2 pieces string cheese L - piece of leftover pork chop 1/2 apple D ????? Not enough fluids - will start again. Iced coffee sounds good. Ruth 253/166/150/126

Again it was the weekend so I am off, darn I wish I could be better on the weekends B--2 cups of cofee with splenda and creamer L-3 bites of pork chop S-4 TBSP potato soup coffee D-carb sense cereal My choices are not that bad, it's just that I really do not eat.
