Ok, today all I have had so far is a protien shake. I find I tend to start my day out by skipping breakfast, same as before surgry. anyway..I guess I dont skip breakfast rather than I eat breakfast at noon, lunch at 6, and dinner at 9...so everything is just moved up a few hous..kinda anyway.
D- is 3 oz steak, and green beans

My choices are not that bad, it's just that I really do not eat.
