Daily Food Journal (Friday) & Motivation...
Okay ladies, after my run-in with the oreos and my more-than-a-week plateau, I woke up motivated. So, I'm making myself have a GOOD food day, no junk allowed.. no empty calories... and a trip to the gym... I need to see a change on that scale...
Here's my breakfast:
Carb Countdown Strawberry Smoothie
1 scoop Genisoy Protein Powder
2 oz. Carb Countdown Whole Milk
41 G protein!

Breakfast - Carnation SF breakfast drink, 8 ounces Carb Countdown milk, 1 scoup protein, 8 ounces water - 36 grams protein
Snack: 1 cup rice crispy with Spenda and 4 ounces Carb Countdown milk and a banana - 8 grams protein
Lunch: Fruit smoothie - 20 grams protein
Liquids to date: 16 ounces SF raspberry ice tea
60 grams protein as of lunch!
I'm really trying to increase my protein hoping it will help break my platue.

I went to the gym yesterday. I am such a WEENIE. But atleast I went.
I had that nasty plateua for 3.5 weeks, and I got on the scale and down 3 lbs....Just have to ride it out. I bet if you take your measurments, you have lost inches.
OK, going now to do my 2 miles walk w/ Leslie Sansone

Thanks... here's my day- I ate way more calories than usual, and way more protein than usual.... perhaps it will kick my metabolism on?!

Well I can't say anything about the junk food. I found myself eating those darn 25cent bags of potato chips and I think it tickled my Gall Bladder in the wrong way because it has been giving me a fit something awful lately. I've had to get ultrasounds and bloodwork. So I too am being a better behaved little girl.
Today has been
SALAD (lettuce, onions, shreds of carrots w/creamy italian dressing)
Dinner is going to be at Red Lobster for my husbands birthday. I don't eat seafood so I'll probably just share a chicken nugget meal with my daughter. HOWEVER, I do intend to eat some of that YUMMY biscuit.
