What are you eating today (Thursday) ?
I am having a rough time... I've stalled in my weight loss, and trying to figure out what I can do... the the nutritionist said, perhaps I wasn't getting enough calories... ::::
So- I'm still logging in my food, to the bite!

So sorry to hear you are having a rough time of it right now. I am feeling it right now too. My last stall was due to being constipated. This stall? I too think it has to do with not enough calories,ie yesterday I got in close to 500. I don't know how to fix it, I'm satisfied with the amount of food that I am eating, so how do we get more calories in?? Let me know if you discover anything how we can take care of this.

Lunch..two small bites of chicken from daughters cashew chicken meal
D-well this is where it gets interesting. We went to a church memebers home tonight where several ladies brought soup. I wanted to try ALL the soups...So I litterally put 2 TBS of each soup in my bowl..one at a time of course. First soup was corn chowder. Second soup was ham and beans, third soup was vegtable w/ steak, and fourth soup was chicken and noodle. I was STUFFED after eating the 2 bites of steak in the vegtable soup, but I didn't want to hurt the ladies feelings who made the chicken and noodle soup, so I ate that to.
