Tons of water protein bar I had to have a fasting bloodwork taken today so I forewent my morning coffee Sharp Cheese 1 oz and baked beans I have been on a real bean bender lately. Found out yesterday I weigh 192 down from 287 which means I have lost 95 lbs.!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah

Did not get in nearly enough water today. 36 oz 6 oz coffee B-sarbsense hot cereal L-1.80 ounces shrimp, 2 slices of mouenster cheese D-3 ounces of roast beef little low today in water, protein, and calories. now I am really off to Mechelle

Hi Classy Ma - I had turkey for breakfast too. Coffee before the gym and turkey afterwards L - Chicken chili D - Chicken with Tamari sauce and garlic. Is there a theme here? S - SF popsicles. Drank a lot of decaf tea today. It's rainy and chilly. Ruth
