I have been on a real bean bender lately. Found out yesterday I weigh 192 down from 287 which means I have lost 95 lbs.!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah
Did not get in nearly enough water today.

D-3 ounces of roast beef
little low today in water, protein, and calories.
