What is the hardest thing about your WLS experience?: Remembering that this is just a tool and that the hard part is reformatting the hard drive of my brain to eat GOOD NUTRITIOUS FOODS. Especially since the further out you get, the easier it is to eat.
Would you do it again?: In a New York Minute

What is the hardest thing about your WLS experience?: Not eating too much because it will all come back up.

Does sugar make you dump?: Too scared to try and don't wan't to find out!
Does fat make you dump?: Haven't had any issues, but too scared to try something high in fat also....
Do you tell people about your WLS?: Only people that I know well. I am not advertising weight loss surgery. I do tell people it was the best decision of my life, but certainly not for every body because of the changes you have to make the commitment it takes.
