Weight vs. Inches
Hi Robin. Thanks so much for writing. I will keep my fingers crossed for you for Thursday. I agree with you about our health. It is the most important reason for losing the weight, but also for doing all the exercise to get in shape. It's definitely a lifelong commitment. Do let me know how things go for you on Thursday. Hi Rachel. Thanks for the encouraging words. Yes, the scales do drive me mad. I know you only weigh about once a month. I don't know if I can go that long, but I am going to see if I can weigh in just on Mondays. I weighed this morning. Hadn't weighed for a few days, so I hope I can stay away from them until next Monday. Wish me luck! How are you doing?
