Hey if any of you have come up with or just plain know from others of some yummy recipes for us WLSers post em. I can't think of any right now that I might know, my menu's are kind of plain and I am geting bored with them. So maybe we can help each other. The only thing "different" that I do is add my fuzzy navel to my crystal light orange drink, and I didn't even come up with that myself. I'm not very creative.. Bye Mechelle 283/199/140

Good idea! I'm always looking for something to make that my kids can eat along with the both of us (both post ops)... I find myself not making anything unless it's just a protein... and it's so boring. Or, I end up making something I know they'll eat, and something separate for me, and something separate for DH, (who is a picky @$$) I bought a new crockpot yesterday, and I'd love to get back in that habit. So- I'm in search of lower fat, high protein, low carb meals that kids will eat!! Also, crockpot meals, without added carbs... or easily pick-out-able carbs.... Beth

Hi Mechelle. I have been reading a lot of your posts and you keep referring to your fuzzy navel protein. Where do you get it? What brand is it? I am really struggling for new ideas for protein. Thank you!! Marti Johnson Denver, Co

Hi Marti Nice to see a new name on here. The protein mix is Nectar by SYNTRAX it is a whey protein isolate. I buy it from bariatriceating.com. You can even order different samples to try. I like this drink much better than the protein "shakes", this is more of just a glass of juice. It is a little tart but you can add more water. There are also other flavors: apple ectasy, cherry berry, caribbean cooler, strawberry kiwi, I thought roadside lemonade was one of their products too but that flavor is not listed on the can. I hope that you are able to order some samples and find something that works for you. I don't think I would make it without this easy protein. There you have it Marti Have a great night Mechelle 283/199/140
