B - Kroger Carb Master Yogurt L - Applebee's Grilled Tilapia w/rice and veggies Sn - 1/4 SF candy bar S - 1/2c Cottage cheese, 3 SF Caramel Drops Sn - Kroger Carb Master Yogurt, 16 Decaf w/skim & SF Hazelnut shot Totals - 740 cal - 80g pro (yea!!) 64oz lemon water w/Splenda, 16 oz hot tea (yea!!) 10 min walking, 35 min continuous jogging, 50 situps (yea!!) Scale still hasn't budged from 166 in four and a half weeks
