Hi all. I was just curious how ya'll are eating, so I decided to plug into your month. You guys are one month ahead of me. My ann date is May..anyway, let me just tell you that you guys are doing GREAT! Also, you guys are eating about the same size of meals I am eating. It seems like my fellow may folks are eating considerably MORE that what I eat, and it really had me worried that I was really screwing up...then I wondered over to your month, and viola I am eating the same size portions as you all. So, it isn't me...(I thought I was in starvation mode campared to theres. I really like the fact of you guys telling what you all are eating to. It gives me ideas as to what to eat. Many May folks are eating tons more that you all are and your even further out. If you don't mind I think I'll hang out with you guys Keep up the great work! Brenda 248/175/130??

Welcome to April Brenda! I try to stick to about 1000 calories a day. I was logging all my meals into fitday for the first few months. Now I have a pretty good handle on what I can eat and how much. Good luck to you (and congrats on your weightloss)! Rachel

Welcome Brenda I think that we have a great group of April Losers here, I really enjoy our board. I don't know how many calories I should be getting in, I too use fitday.com and find that I get in anywhere between 400 calories and 600. I think this is not enough. My protein is pretty good especially when I have my protein drink. Anyway welcome again Mechelle
