L - this may be dinner too - I have a meeting at 6. Picked up some cold shrimp - will have it with Tamari sauce and wasabi - far less sugar than the regular ****tail sauce.

I don't usually have a night snack but my protein powder came in today, woohoo, so I think that I will get some more calories in that way and proteing too.
Morning!
BF: Cottage Cheese, Mandarin oranges, 1/4 piece of toast.
2 cans Minute Maid sf lemonade (can you say addiction?)
12 oz water with lime
LU: 3 chicken wings, 1 stalk celery, extra hot sauce, 8 chips with salsa.
snack: 1/4 of the "like it" size Sinless Sweetcreme with Strawberries and almonds mixed in from Cold Stone Creamery (dreamy, but got to be careful to eat too much you get the dumpers)
1 can Minute Maid SF Lemonade
Dinner: Chicken Pad Thai - leftovers. mmmmm, 2 shrimp
Snack: 5 water crackers, 2.5 tbsp peanut butter
2 - SF popcicles

Im in PMS mode.. some salty wheat pretzels, club sandwhich (without bread), salad, and 2 potato chips.. Im craving the salts since I cant eat sweet!
