I'll do yesterday, since I failed to post! B- Protein Shake L- 1/3 cup Chicken Salad with 4 Triscuits D- Qsmart Bar and a chunk of cheddar cheese S- 1/3 cup roasted and salted almonds 65 grams protein, and lotsa water!

Today- Breakfast 1/4 cup Hi-Lo Cereal Whole Milk Coffee with light cream & splenda Lunch- 1/4 cup shredded cheese melted till crisp with 1 serving turkey pepperoni (instant crunchy pizza) Snacks- Girlfriends Booty 1 Hersheys' Kiss 1 Atkins Mint Patty (serving is 3, but sugar alcohol kicks my @$$) Dinner- *pending* Roast Beef Smashed cauliflower Beth 49 to goooooooooooooooooooo!!

Hi Beth - Thanks for doing this. B - coffee then later, last of my leftover shredded pork. L - this may be dinner too - I have a meeting at 6. Picked up some cold shrimp - will have it with Tamari sauce and wasabi - far less sugar than the regular ****tail sauce. Water - SF lemonade - the eternal SF popsicles. Hi all Breakfast cup of coffe with cream and splenda 3.5 ounces of carbsense cereal (of course) Lunch 3 ounces of cottage cheese 1 slimwhey protein bar Snack carb control yogurt .30 ounces of cereal mixed in Dinner 3 ounces of chicken breast ounce of veggie Snack I don't usually have a night snack but my protein powder came in today, woohoo, so I think that I will get some more calories in that way and proteing too.

Morning! BF: Cottage Cheese, Mandarin oranges, 1/4 piece of toast. 2 cans Minute Maid sf lemonade (can you say addiction?) 12 oz water with lime LU: 3 chicken wings, 1 stalk celery, extra hot sauce, 8 chips with salsa. snack: 1/4 of the "like it" size Sinless Sweetcreme with Strawberries and almonds mixed in from Cold Stone Creamery (dreamy, but got to be careful to eat too much you get the dumpers) 1 can Minute Maid SF Lemonade Dinner: Chicken Pad Thai - leftovers. mmmmm, 2 shrimp Snack: 5 water crackers, 2.5 tbsp peanut butter 2 - SF popcicles Not near enough water. ~Lara
