I've been doing well lately...and this morning, I started running the full 45 minutes I usually break up between walking and running. Gotta get that scale to budge! And I've discovered fish again, so anyway, here goes...
Breakfast:

Lunch:
250 cal - 27g pro ------- 4 oz Ground turkey burger w/mustard
75 cal -- 1g pro -------- 1 Sugar-free Pecan Delight (Russell Stover)
Afternoon Snack:
70 cal -- 8g pro -------- 1/2 oz Pork Rinds
20 cal -- 0g pro --------- 2 Sugar-free choc/caramel Creme Savers
Dinner:
50 cal -- 10g pro ------- 1 1/2 oz Foreman-Grilled Tilapia
80 cal -- 12g pro ------- 1 Kroger Carb Master Yogurt
After-dinner Snack:
75 cal -- 1g pro -------- 1 Sugar-free Pecan Delight

30 minutes later I had my CarbSense cereal
L-2 ounces of SunDried Tomato with Basil tuna, 4.5 crackers
S-CarbControl yogurt with about .30 ounces of Carb Well cereal
D-I just realized that I have no clue what I am having for dinner, great, I hate that when it happens.
