Here's my day- though as usual, I'm not finished... I plan to have more Hi-Lo Strawberry cereal, with a touch of whole milk. I just tried this stuff today (I was giving it to my daughter, because she was yelling for the strawberries in it...) and it's goooooooood! I added teeny sprinkle of Splenda, and it's perfect. Breakfast- Coffee 2.5 oz roast beef Lunchtime (wasn't hungry) 1/3 C Hi-Lo (protein cereal) 1 oz. whole milk Snacks- 1/2 C (actually much less, but that's what I entered) spinach a few bites meat sauce with shredded parmesan/asiago 2 fun size Hershey's almond bars :-x Diet Iced Tea--- 48 oz Calories 529 Protein 41 Beth -129, hoping to see a loss soon...

Before breakfast I had a protein shake 6 ounces B-3 ounces CarbSense hot cereal L-1 ounce shrimp, 2 ounces cottage cheese, about 4 green beans Snack-carb control yogurt with about .25 ounces of cereal in it D-will be 3 ounces of shrimp with an ounce of green beans I gotta come up with a better menu I think! Mechelle P.s. had a cup of Kava coffee in there somewhere with splenda and a non dairy creamer

I love that you admit to eating pringles. They have been a major craving for me since surgery. I think it is the salt and the "crunch" that I like. I buy some and then give them to my son to hide from me. I am only allowed three at a time twice a day. Even if I beg he is not to allow me any more. He thinks it is hysterical and loves having the "control" over Mom. He's 12. I also like the low carb CHeeto's. I get them at Target. I make my Husband keep those hidden from me and only allow myself to eat them with meals. Laura

Laura- I liked the EDGE Cheetos too--- but they're too tempting for me.. I snack way too much as it is. Beth -132

hey today was a pretty lite day for me...I worked today. 6:30 am Protien drink (mixed with crystal light) B: strive bar L: chicken salad with 3 cheese "crackers" 5 snow peas Snack:9 snow peas S: Baked cod with olive sauce (ate about 3/4) mashed potatoes (a couple of bites) snack: 12 almonds Katie

B- Protein Shake L- 2 slices of roast beef with swiss cheese rolled up inside D- Bowl of chili with velveeta light melted on top S- A few chunks of beef jerky It is 1am, and I'm STILL chugging my water!
