What did you eat today (Thursday) ?
Here's my day- though as usual, I'm not finished... I plan to have more Hi-Lo Strawberry cereal, with a touch of whole milk. I just tried this stuff today (I was giving it to my daughter, because she was yelling for the strawberries in it...) and it's goooooooood! I added teeny sprinkle of Splenda, and it's perfect.
Breakfast-
Coffee
2.5 oz roast beef
Lunchtime (wasn't hungry)
1/3 C Hi-Lo (protein cereal)
1 oz. whole milk
Snacks-
1/2 C (actually much less, but that's what I entered) spinach
a few bites meat sauce with shredded parmesan/asiago
2 fun size Hershey's almond bars :-x
Diet Iced Tea--- 48 oz

Before breakfast I had a protein shake 6 ounces
B-3 ounces CarbSense hot cereal
L-1 ounce shrimp, 2 ounces cottage cheese, about 4 green beans
Snack-carb control yogurt with about .25 ounces of cereal in it
D-will be 3 ounces of shrimp with an ounce of green beans
I gotta come up with a better menu I think!

I love that you admit to eating pringles. They have been a major craving for me since surgery. I think it is the salt and the "crunch" that I like. I buy some and then give them to my son to hide from me. I am only allowed three at a time twice a day. Even if I beg he is not to allow me any more. He thinks it is hysterical and loves having the "control" over Mom. He's 12.
I also like the low carb CHeeto's. I get them at Target. I make my Husband keep those hidden from me and only allow myself to eat them with meals.
