I'm a new member of the Century Club!
Hi everybody- I am proud to say that today I officially weighed in at 177, down from 278.5! I skipped right by 178.5. So I am finally a member of the Century Club!
Now, a question- what kinds of exercise programs are people following? I do not have the time to join a gym...I have an 18 month old son and am going to school getting my masters degree so that wipes out any "free time." I need help with exercise! So far I have only walked around the block about 4 times.

First off:
Welcome to the club!
Secondly:
Here's what I do to work out -
Every day - 30 minutes of walking broken up into 2 15 minute walks.
3x a week - 30-45 minutes on the cross-trainer (Ellipse) machine
As desired (1-2 x a week) - Arm and Butt sculpting exercises - arms with 7lb weights, and Butt on the yoga ball.
Thirdly:
It is SO that you are happy in your body now! you're going to get me tearing up!
