I'm having one of those days today.... B: 1/2 Avocado (left over from lunch yesterday) s: hand full of protien packed pork rinds L: a little less than 1/2 of my stuffed pepper left over from supper last night S: Savory Chicken Dinner with green beans on the side. Recipe: 1 envelope savory herb and garlic soup mix 3 tbs water 4 boneless chicken breast havel 2 lg red potatoes cubed 1 lg onion halved and cut into small wedges in a large resealable plastic bag combine the soup mix and water. add the chicken potatoes and onion seal bag and toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 13inx9inx2in baking dish Bake uncovered at 350 for 40-45 min or until veggies are tender and chicken juices run clear, sturing veggies occasionally. yummm not sure what I will have for a snack...trying very hard (and quite successfully) to stay away from my son's birthday cake.....maybe that's why i'm having the munchies today...don't know. have a great day today Katie

Katie, that recipe sounds yummy! Thanks for sending it. I'm still fighting with myself about posting the foods I am going to eat. Not much of a plan-ahead planner. Probably something I need to work on. Sometimes trying to come up with recipes seems overwhelming. That's why I'm so tickled you posted your recipe. Thanks again! Peg

Peggy, it's part of my get organized plan! every Sunday night I sit down and decide what we're going to have to eat for supper for the week. On Monday I go get the groceries for the week. It works pretty good and saves money too! I am learning to modify my cooking to fit my lifestyle, except that !@#%#$!$ choc. cake sitting in my kitchen! I love recepies and have a huge collection that I go threw....another good place to go is better homes and gardens (bhg.com) the have a ton of good ideas. Katie

B: Eaten at 1pm (BAD GIRL!) 16 oz skim milk 1/2 oz broiled tuna steak in lemon caper sauce (it was a bit dry) 3 bites broccoli L: Unknown D:Unknown Water - I need to get on the train, once I can start drinking after my breakfast. My pouch didn't want food this morning, and I was letting it get away with that rather than being a good girl and eating my breakfast 1.5 hours after I woke up. I let my sleeping in, busy day dictate what my body should want instead of listening to what it actually requires. That's the ugly truth of it, I'll follow up when it unfolds. ~Lara

LOL, I swear I post the same thing everyday. I'm addicted to salads. I had OOOops 5 potato chips and 2 pretzels. Lunch consisted of a about 1/2 cup of salad with creamy italian dressing. ( I couldn't eat much because of the pototo chips & pretzels) Dinner is going to be... hmm probably the chili & cheese that I didn't eat at lunch.

I haven't posted in awhile and haven't been eating very good. Today I had a protein drink with the Syntrax fuzzy navel and crystal lite orange juice. I drink this at least every morning and try to have another if I haven't eaten enough protein throughout the day. For lunch I had half a tuna sandwich and three little fritos and two bites of a chocolate chip cookie. For dinner I'm having salmon. Water, Water, Water!
