What did you eat today? (Monday)

love your daily post, have been reading it, but decided to participate today.
b: strive bar
L: no-shell taco 3/4c
(leftover chicken, ff refried beans, 1/2 avacodo,ff sour cream,and ff cheese, heat and measure out)
Supper will be 1/2 stuffed green pepper
snack...not sure i'll have one...but if I do it will be snow peas
water, crystal light, and ice tea...no suger, no lemon

Who makes the Strive bar? That's one I haven't seen. I've had issues with dumping on protein bars, I'd like to find a good one.
Your lunch sounds delectable, I eat ALOT of taco "guts" and food like that... it's my favorite.
Do you put rice in your stuffed peppers? I'd like to find a recipe sans the rice....

Biochem makes the strive bar, I haven't seen them in the store, but order them from bariatriceating.com the choc.peanut butter is the best!

I find them very filling!
I do put a little minute rice my peppers, mostly use it as filler to make the meat go a little further. (about 1/3 c or so)

Update:
Snack: Cottage Cheese, 1 slice SF Pumpkin Pie, 4 bites homemade low fat beef fried rice.
Snack: 44 oz Crystal Light slushie with mandarin oranges
Dinner: Cottage Cheese, Hummus on salt & pepper pretzels - something in this made my sinuses attack filling the pouch and causing an overfill that wasn't really my fault - I hate puking.
Snack: Tylenol Maximum stregnth sinus pills
Let's see, so far I have been better today than yesterday.
Br-carbsence hot cereal
Lu-3 ounces of chicken breast, 3 mandarin orange slices, 2 bites of lettuce
snack-1/4 cup soy nuts
6 ounces Roadside Lemonade protein drink
Dinner- Planning on having 3 ounces of shrimp and an ounce of green beans
38 ounces of water so far today, plan on having another 6 here in a minute
