b-protien shake - 35 g protien snack - cantalope l - lien cuisine - garlic chicken and spinach (a new low carb, I didn't check the protien, but it was yummy), one mini butterfinger snack - who knows dinner - 1/2 chicken breast, 1/4 twiced baked potato, green beans snack - apple with carmel dip (I'm going to try it, hopefully not to much sugar) I've been dying for a carmel apple and still can't eat the peel

Another bad food day.. I just need to EAT more protein calories. This week I've been trying to get back on track after a couple weeks of eating off the charts (1000-1200 calories). I've been pretty good and have been writing everything down. That helps, of course. I don't count carbs, but here's what I ate today--and I didn't leave the house because I went clothes shopping this month and am broke! Food Amount Calories Protein (g) Kroger Carb Master Yogurt - 1 cup 80 12 20oz lemon water w/Splenda 8oz Crystal Light Tangerine Strawberry Russell Stover SF Caramel Drops - 7 160 2 Turkey burger (on Foreman grill) - 3 3/4oz 235 25 20oz lemon water w/Splenda 8oz Peach Hot Tea w/Splenda Cottage cheese - 1/2 cup 90 12 Russell Stover SF Pecan Delight - 1 65 1 20oz lemon water w/Splenda Kroger Carb Master Yogurt - 1 cup 80 12 Russell Stover SF Caramel Drops - 3 75 1 ____________________ Totals-- 755 calories 65g Not too shabby, I guess. My doctor told me to stay between 600 and 700 calories a day. That gets harder as I'm able to eat more foods. I normally eat between 700-900 calories, but I run every weekday morning for 45 min. For two weeks, I've been stuck at 166 pounds. I've lost 87 pounds total, but I'm trying to lose that last 21 pounds and it's tough! Later! Erin in Nashville 253/166/145

had a yucky day today, havent felt well... Bfast qsmart bar coffee lunch nothing couldnt get motivated to eat snack qsmart bar dinner homemade beef stew 1/4 small dinner roll with butter (then i vomitted all of this up) i should know better than to eat my OWN cooking snack couple bites of SF ice cream i have 6 month check up next week and glad i do, i almost feel llike something is wrong with my stomach, and the vomitting today is sort of proof that something isnt right, i havent gotten sick in about 2 months Kim

Had a good eating day yesterday. This morning started out good with my liquid protien drink and then a protien bar for bfast. propel. Went to play tennis. Water. And what do you think I did when i got home? Corn chips! What is wrong with me!!! Ok confession is good for the soul. I'm throwing out the back. The good news is, before surgery, a bag of corn chips wouldn't last a day in my house. Now I feel like I'm pigging out on them all week and there is still half a bag left! Rachel

let me think..........breakfast I had half a cup of cheerios with skim milk, for lunch I had 2 slices of deli turkey and a slice of cheese and some lemonade, I ate some applesauce for a snack and then for dinner I had some pork loin (I'm not sure exactly how much-- a small piece-- but it wasn't measured), some terayaki noodles and broccoli.
