What did you eat today (Friday)?
Woke up this morning, weighed in as usual, no loss, although this week has been better than usual for loss. I'm going to try to up my water today, going to try to get in *all* 64 oz (after the morning coffee) in. I've been getting a bit more than usual lately, and all of a sudden, I have to go pee! Who knew?
I don't have anything planned for food today, but I'd like to stick to mealtimes and not graze. I'd like to try to get in all my calories and protein in three meals, but it's so hard!
What about you? And you? YOU? You see me pointing at you over there?

Glad to see your post Beth. I'll try not to be so inpatient next time. LOL
Life is good. I'm AVOIDING scales for now. The last time I weighted was on 9/22. I had lost down to 230 for a total loss of 109lbs. However my size 22 pants are getting very loose. So I figure I probably have dropped another 5-10lbs. I am trying to be good and not look.
Lunch today is going to be Chili. I'm really craving it lately. I must need the meat.
Dinner is going to be TGIF's. Probably get a salad. I'm taking my daughter out tonight. Hubby is leaving for Canada and NY to go salmon fishing so I am going to have a nice little vacation.

Hi all
Double protien shake for breakfast - 70 g protien
(my hair is falling out like mad so I'm trying to increase this it takes about 3 hours to drink 16 oz. because it's not my fav.)
Lunch - 1/2 chicken breast brocili
Dinner - small cheeseburger/no bun and a few fries (I'm going out to dinner with a friend)
If I snack I will have 4 wow chips
and maybe later a piece of low fat cheese
I'm down 3 pounds this week. I try to weigh once a week on Friday.

Total Protein: 63 grams
Still chuggin' water........
(I never count calories......I just try to focus on getting in my protein and eating as few carbs as possible)
