Ok Beth, I've been waiting for the food diary today. Hope you are doing ok.
I had my usual salad and I got a little adventurous today and had a chicken wing. Well mostly nibble the crust but I tried the meat.
Dinner is going to consist of about a 2" link of Kielbasa and some peppers/onions dipped in some mustard.
I might even splurge tonight and have me 3 spoonfuls of the Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Carb Karma Ice Cream. 3 spoonsfuls usually does me in.

Today I've had:
BF-
1 slice bacon
coffee with cream and equal
S-
1 slice beef jerky
1 fun size peanut M & M packet
L-
1/3 cup Trader Joes' Turkey Bean Chili
Dollop Sour Cream
Sprinkle Shredded Cheddar
Now-
Crystal Light Iced Tea
Dinner will be shredded roasted chicken, I'm making chicken stuffing bake for the kids, I'll just snag a scoop of chicken with the sauce, no stuffing. We'll also have veggies, either spinach or green beans.

L - Blue Bunny Carb yogurt (vanilla) with a few cheerios tossed in. (otherwise I eat the yogurt too fast. 10 gram prot
S - 27 gram prot pnut butter cookie - warm! yum!
Total protein so far: 85 grams!!!
Not nearly enough water today.
D - will be tuna on crackers or something quick like that!
B: Mandarin oranges (1/4 cup), 1.5 cu popped popcorn, 16 oz skim milk
S: 1/4 orange
L: Pad Thai with Tofu and vegetables - like 3/4 cup.
S: unknown - either Popcorn or sf dark chocolate caramels
D: Unknown - taking girlfriend's Mom out to dinner don't know what she'll want.
Liquids - not nearly enough. Being bad again this am. Need to work on it.
