Ok- here's my day, like I said, I'm a grazer, so I just ate the way I "normally" do... and logged every bite.... which I haven't been doing.. I was suprised at my results... I thought it would be much more calories, but it was tiny bits of food at a time...

Lucnh - Lean Cuisine Meat Loaf - 10 protien; 10 carbs; 4 fat
2 pieces hard candy
Smart one pizza - 16 g protien
peaches 1/2 cup
alpine lace cheese - 7 g protien
tortilla chips -
totals - (957 cals) (29 fat) (76 carbs) (72 protien)
I think that was a good day for me and fairly typical.

B: Cheese Stick, 2/3 nectarine, 3 bites SF/FF rasberry yogurt
L: WW Smart ones - meat out of Pot Roast dinner (HURL! Pouch did not like!)
S: 5 pieces SF chocolate coated nuts (bridge mix) Got it at Marshall Fields. YUMMIE, and made angry pouch happier
D:Tofu/Veggie Pho soup - ate mostly just the broth, carrot slices and 3 pieces of tofu. Rest is in the fridge.
S: 8 SF Dark Chocolate Carmel balls and 2 tbsp of Crunchy PB on a 1/8th of a Matzo bread.
Liquids: around 50 oz - Bad bad bad. . .need to do better
