Yesterday's menu Breakfast: Carnation SF instant breakfast drink with 1/2 scoop of protein and 12 ounces of Carb Countdown milk = 30 grams protein/300 calories Snack: Grapes Lunch: SF smoothie (fruit, protein powder, ice, water, SF raspberry flavering). = 20 grams protein/200 calories Snack: Banana Supper: Stir-fryed vegetables w/2 tsp of teriyaki sauce

Hi Beth, Yesterday was a bad day food wise. I was way too busy and didn't eat much at all. 1 protein drink (Nectar) 2 graham crackers with peanut butter Today, I'm vowing to be good, get all my calories, liquid, carbs and protein in! Breakfast: toast with peanut butter for lunch I'm going to break out my George Forman grill and cook a pork chop - yummy, can't wait Have a super day! Ronda

yesterday i had: Bfast: protein drink and coffee (cream and sweet n low) lunch: nothing dinner: few bites of salad with hard boiled egg on it and cheese, reduced fat wheat thins (about 10 of them) snack: celery w/ peanut butter and a few raisins not getting in nearly enough water... trying hard today to make sure i get in water and more protein!! ~Kim

So far today I have eaten 3 half slices of bacon and lunch will probably be my usual trip to Genuardis to the salad bar. Dinner might be a cucumber in vinegar. Hubby is going to a ball game so I don't really cook much when he isn't home.

Since I haven't really eaten much yet today, I'll do yesterday: B- Isopure chocolate protein shake mixed with 8 ozs skim milk (30 grams protein) L- 2 White Castle cheeseburgers, no bun (for those of you who don't have White Castles in your area....these are tiny little delicious burgers covered in minced onions) (15 grams protein) D- 1 hot dog dipped in mustard and relish, no bun.....and about a tablespoon of mac&cheese (gotta have a tiny little bit of carbs!) (10 grams protein) S- A few pieces of beef jerky (7 grams protein) Total protein: 62 grams Water: About 32 ozs......Ughhhhh, I need to do better with my fluid intake! Hi, all. I always register everything I eat on fitday. Yeasterday I had: morning: Yoplait Low-Carb Lifestyle yogurt with 30gr of "Total Protein" cereal (210 cal, fat 7, net carbs 16, protein 21) lunch: Veal mortadella (3 oz)+ Madrigal cheese(2oz) (471 cal, 38 fat, 3 carb, 28 protein) snack:Q-smart bar (120cal, 6 fat,3 net carbs, 10 protein) dinner: cottage 2oz (120 cal, 10 fat, 2 carbs, 6 protein). Another 15 gr of Total Protein cereal ( I like it, it's cranchy and tasty). 2 slices of raw apple (20 cal, 5 carbs) Water : 70 fl oz with Cristal Light. So, the bottom line: 1022 cal, 61 fat, 72 protein, 33 net carbs This is pretty much my tipical day. Ira

Yes, you right Beth. I also like Momentum bars (3 gr net carbs, 12 gr protein , 6 gr fat and 12 gr protein). But my favorite is "Total Protein" cereal. I really do not need any other chips and cookies any more. Ira 220/146/122 - goal
