Ladies- Size matters!
Beth - I am 5' 5" and started at 260. I'm now 188.5 as of last night's weigh-in at TOPS. I am in a large shirt (was 2X) and am in a 16 pant (was 24/26). The 16's are baggy in the leg/but area, but fit just right in the waste. I can get a 14 on but can't get them buttoned at the waste. I love your new picture - you look so youthful. I need to update my profile and get my before/after pics in there. I turned 40 on the 16th and have had so many people tell me how much younger I look since I've lost weight. No one can believe I'm 40!
Keep up the great work. Robin
Robin-
We're just about the same size right now! I'm 187 this morning, and also 5'5". I sucked myself into 14 jeans last night, and actually got them buttoned, but they were just too low and too tight, but of course I can't believe they went *on!
Regarding the pic, thanks, I feel like I'm starting to "look my age"... since I've always looked older since being "morbidly" obese... noone ever believed that I was "only" 19-25 with children... they thought I was older because I looked it being so heavy!! I'll be 26 in December, and I'm finally the weight I was before my first baby,
That's awesome that you don't look 40!!! I'd love to have to same problem later on!!!
WAAAAHHHH!!!! Why do I have to be sooo darn short. I'm 5'1 and when I weighted in at 140lbs(last weightloss) I was wearing a size 14. My daughter who weights between 130-135lbs wears a size 6 but she is 5'7" tall. It must truly be wonderful to be tall. To bad they don't offer a surgery for that. LOL
BTW, Beth you look soooooooo fabulous and are such an inspiration. I look foward to getting to 175-180lbs myself one day.

Donna-
FWIW, I don't EVER remember being any smaller than a size 14/16, or ever being under 175... I remember I lost weight for my junior prom, and that was down to a 16... that was the last time I saw that size! I gained and gained after THAT point, I graduated HS at about 190+, got preggo, and eventually got to 313+. Yikes!
A size six seems like a DREAM ... I can't even imagine being small enough.... I think I'll need plastics to get past a 10-12, I'm already folding myself into clothing NOW. My mom keeps telling me that a 12 should be my "goal"... but I don't think so- that's not so far away, and I've got so much FLOP left!!
Perhaps if I could just GROW taller--- I'd slip into something a bit smaller in a few months??
Thanks so much for your kind words... I'm so glad I starting posting regularly again...................
