Okay, I need to get accountable! I'm grazing like a heifer! Let's share what we ate today, and each day as we can! It's early here, so today I've had- Coffee with light cream & Equal 1 serving maple roasted peanuts (yikes! dangerous!) 2 bites crust of apple pie (threw it away, darn it...can't have temptation!) I will make better choices for lunch and dinner.. I promise! Beth -124 and grazing...

I had nothing for breakfast (I've not been able to master the morning thing yet). I had a half a side salad from wendy's with light ranch dressing and a half of a small container of chili with some cheese thrown in for good measure. Dinner will probably be a salad or the vegetable beef soup that I made. The grazing thing can be soooo easy to do. I went home to NC for a wedding and I found myself eating all the time. A meatball here, a sausage ball there. I think that the calories could add up easily.

hey beth for me i forgot my lunch at home today. but so far i've had: 8oz's of coffee w/cream 64oz of water (working on my next 32 shortly) 2 teaspoons peanut butter and about a palmful of goldfish mixed together and i'm good so far lunch not sure dinner chicken salad w/ couple of ritz crackers

B- Isopure chocolate protein shake with 8ozs skim milk S- Q-smart choc chip protein bar L- 2 slices of deli ham rolled up with swiss cheese and a dab of mayo D- 6 medium sized shrimp with ****tail sauce Still chuggin' away at my water........::::::gulp gulp gulp::::: Shelli Down 110 lbs!

Y'all did better than me today, ! I had a yucky day... I rounded out those peanuts, crust, and coffee with L- four bites of a turkey dog, two bites string cheese D- pinto beans & cheese Water, & coffee... At least I got exercise, (other than my daily jaunt around the neighborhood with the stroller or the dog that drags me) I did 40 minutes on the treadmill, 5 minutes on the elliptical (wp?), and a few machines at the Y. I was having a grazing day yesterday too! The PMS monster is rearing its ugly head. I ate pretty much my normal...good for you stuff...but then I added a bag of gold fish crackers and dun dun dun....two bite size snickers Yikes (curse my non dumping pouch!). I pulled it together for dinner though and at a drumstick and spinach salad with pine nuts and a few cranberries. Hopefully today will be a better.

Well lets see, Breakfast was a little unusual normally I eat carbsense hot cereal but today I had B-12 oz vanilla isopure 6 oz water/6oz soy milk cup of s/f hot chocolate L-5 reduced fat crackers with 3 oz of tuna 1 oz cheese stick S-carb control yogurt and 1/2 oz of pretzels Dinner (haven't had it yet) plan on having shrimp with string beans. How do you all get in all your water? I am having such a hard time with that. Catch you later Mechelle

Mechelle- I don't get all my waters in... hardly ever do, I know, that's bad. On a good day, I get in one 32 oz bottle of decaf iced tea, the rest is iced coffee, maybe 16-24 oz. My goal is to get at *least* 64 oz of decaf liquids a day, and maybe 96 oz. Beth
