What do you eat in a day?

I hate to admit I don't really eat the recommended protein. I can't stand drinking it and eating it pretty much gives me some tough times. I do on occasion eat chili, chicken salad or a meatball or 2. My normal day consists of about a cup and a half of salad for lunch of course with cheese on it.(only protein I get mostly) and for dinner pretty much the same thing. I've fallen in love with salad. I would never eat it before. I think the reason I stick with salad is because I can eat more of it than anything else. My salad mind you is only made up of shredded lettuce and sometimes I add a cucumber and onions and I put shredded cheese on it. But when I put it on a plate it looks like alot. When I put solid food like meat etc. on a plate it looks like less than a normal child can eat. I think its a head thing. At any rate I've managed to drop over 107lbs so far. I haven't weighted in the last week or so. I'm going to try avoiding the scales for a few weeks to see if I have a significant drop in weight. Hope all you are all doing well!
