When did you start eating?
Hi! I had 'all restrictions lifted" at six weeks. But I don't tolerate breads and pastas at all. And for me, and everyone is different, I have a hard time getting all of my protien in as it is. There's really isn't room for breads and pizza crust. I love cherrie tomatoes though...they go down great for me. I've been able to do salads since just after my six weeks. And I haven't found a cooked veggie that dissagrees with me. I try to make sure (and don't always do so well) to get my carbs for vitamin rich sources (fruit, spinach, brocolli, cauliflower, etc). I'll have the occasional brown rice (but more than a teaspoon bugs my stomach...probably because it expands too much).
