Yeah for me and pardon my shameless horn blowing!!! I was stuck at 99 for a week......yesterday I went to the gym--my official scale--and it said.......drum roll please........227!!! That is actually a loss of 103 lbs!! I am hoping to be at or near goal by March. We are going to Maui for my brothers beach wedding. I can't wait. Laura
