Happy Anniversary, 4/14-ers!!!
All you fellow 4/14-ers........Today is our 5-month anniversary!
How is everyone doing?
I'm doing FANTASTIC. Never felt better. I'm down 103 lbs and doing things I never would have dreamed of doing 5 months ago! Walking, exercising, and taking the stairs instead of the elevator! I'm down 3 clothing sizes and 1 shoe size! I haven't had to buy a new bra yet, but "the girls" have always had their own zipcode.....so I doubt they'll shrink very much.
I've lost a LOT of weight, but I'm not even half-way to my goal, so I gotta keep on keepin' on! I know I can do this.....We ALL can do this!

Happy Anniversary Baby -- got us on my mind!! I forget who sang that. Isn't life just grand. I'm down 88 lbs (rather stuck at the moment - oh well -- it will pass). I've gone from a tight 24 jeans to 16's and a few 14's if they stretch. Bra has gone from 42 DD to 36 DDD. The girls are still there, but boy did they get long!! I can do anything I want and my body doesn't stop me. Someone asked me today if I wasn't afraid of the mortality thing with having surgery and I said nope -- I was more afraid of my diabetes if I didn't have the surgery... party pooper anyway!!
This is the best thing I've ever done for myself -- can't wait to lose another 40 or 45. I really want to see a size 10. Do you think my bones will fit in them? Do you ever wonder if you can really get to be that size?
I was dressing to go to a wedding on Sat and my S/O had been giving me the usual compliments, etc. Then out of the blue I heard him say "God, you look good." That was the best compliment --it was like it hit him right in the middle of the forehead.
Good luck to all of us on this journey -- happy anniversary to us!!!

Happy Anniversary 4/14 and 4/15.
Today is my 5 months. I'm down 96 pounds. I've gone from a 32 to an 18/20. I've never measured so I don't know how many inches I've lost. I'm sure I would have lost more this week but I was out of town with friends and ate too much and drank two beers for the first time. They were good. I was bad. Time to get back on track. It's pretty amazing to go out of town and still loose one pound. Congratulations to everyone on there success!
