Hey all, I just wanted you to all know the experience I had this past weekend... you can find the story at my site above. But, listen up... Listen to your body. Your body is always right. I was ignoring it for weeks and it caught up with me. I paid the price. But thank God I am ok. I in no way thought anything was wrong. I was eating right and everything. Please, listen to your body, even this far out our bodies are still going through a lot and I think it's a point that we can take for granted... we feel good and look good... but let's not forget what's still possible. Angela, Wow, what an experience. I'm glad you are alright. Sounds like you have a wonderful surgeon. It is so easy to take things for granted at this point (sometimes surgery seems like a distant memory). thanks for the advice. Take care, Rachel

Angela- This is becoming all too common! My uncle who had gastric bypass a few years ago was rushed to the hospital also with severe pain, again, a blockage! I'm now terrified of having one, as I get twinges and bubbles and I'm sure one of these times it's going to be a block! Tell me, where did you feel the original pains... what part of the abdomen?
