Lap RNY on April 6. I went from size 18W to size 10 (from 220lb to 149lb). Lately, I lose about 1lb per week. Sounds very slow, but according to the chart on the site thinnerself.com I am following 94% projection curve. I love the results, love how I feel and look. And I am very excited to read about everyone's progress. Good luck. Ira

I will be 5 months on the 26th of this month. I am down 96 lbs. I hope to lose the last four and join the century club by the 26th. I have been playing with the same silly three pounds for two weeks. grrr . I started at a four year university this year and I can actually sit in those stupid little highschool desks. Not very comfortable, but at least I fit. I have about another 100 lbs to lose. Congrat everyone, we are doing GREAT!

Howdie Donna, I had my 5 month anniversary on the 1st. When I started my journey I was over 400lbs. When I had my surgery on April 1st I weighed 355lbs. Today I weigh 252lbs. Total post-op loss is 103 lbs, total weight gone for ever is 148lbs. When I started I was in size 56 jeans, and 5-6x Shirts. Today I wear size 18 jeans, and 18/20 shirts. (14/16 are darn close to fitting! I walk 30 minutes every day, do 30 minutes 3x a week on the cross trainer machine. My initial goal was 260, as I am lower than that now, I am going back to the body analyst to see how I've done - how much fat lost, how much lean mass left, and what my basal metabolic rate is. My skin is very hangy, but am working out my upper arms to fill it with muscle. There is no doubt that I will need a tummy tuck down the road. I feel amazing, have unreal stamina, and am happier than I can recall. This is a miraculous process, ~Lara

Congrats on your weight loss so far! If your a 22...you're going to fit in the seat! I haven't weighed in for a while, so not sure where I am...but I'm happy to say I'm down to a size 16. Also, ALL OF MY COMORBIDS ARE GONE!!! As of this month, I said goodbye to my cpap. So add that to getting off BP meds and getting rid of my severe edema. (As well as too many other benefits to mention)...LIFE IS GREAT!

I weighed 256... 44/46 pants... 2x shirts... and walking 2.5-5 miles a day... It has been a great journey... now I realize the next 60 pounds or so that I want to reach may be harder... I had surgery on April 19th: Before: 418 After: 323 Height: 5'7 I'm thrilled with the progress so far, and honestly, if I didn't lose another pound I'd be so grateful for what a change I've experienced already.
