Hello Everyone! It's another month past again and time for our monthly progress report. I am proud to say that I've lost a total of 95lbs as of today. The last few days have not shown much progress but oh well! I'm losing and life is improving daily. My knees still ache but I'm now able to walk without screaming. I have come down now 6 sizes from a 34W to a 22W. I was so thrilled when I tried on pants and thought I wore a 24W only to discover they were too big. I kinda bypassed the 24W. I have approximately 105more lbs to go to get to the goal my Dr. thought I could achieve. We will see. I pretty much only eat salads these days as meat has all but beaten me. I'm taking my first flight since surgery on Friday. I pray my butt fits in the seat without too much embarassment. On that note, I hope all is doing well and look forward to hearing your progress on this post. God Bless! Donna Paige

Way to go David! You men are so lucky cause you lose weight so fast! (envious here). My friend Dave who had surgery just 2 months ago is almost caught up with me. I'm sure you will the 150lbs mark by 6 months. I am so grateful and fortunate to have had the opportunity to have this surgery. My surgeon is SUPER DUPER FANTASTIC! I wish you continued success on your progress. YOU LOOK HOT!

Hello! Congratulations on losing 95 pounds! Keep up the good work! I had my surgery on April 14th. I've lost 58 pounds so far. I need to lose about 50 more. I feel as if I'm a slow loser, but I am thrilled with the results so far! Everyone keep up the good work. Megan

Hi Megan, I think weightloss is based on many factors and I happened to have alot to lose. I weighted 339lbs so I needed to lose 200lbs. You are doing great with it and I wish you continued success in losing the next 50lbs. Ain't it just wonderful.

Hi Rosemary! I started at 239. I'm 5'0". My doctor just looked at a chart and said he would like to see me at around 128-130 pounds. I don't know if he can tell by my bone structure or my age - I'm 44 years old. I would think at your height that you should weigh about the same - or maybe around 135?? Not sure. You might want to ask your doctor next time you see him. But, you're doing really good! You've lost 10 pounds more than me and I think you are closer to goal!! Congratulations and the best of luck to you!! Keep up the awesome job!! Megan
