Before surgery my knees didn't creak, but now after 81 pounds gone--- my knees creak with every step, going up-stairs. Any suggestions?? Like what kind of vitamin can I take, or supplement?
My knees, ankles & hips have creaked since I was a teenager! My doc said as long as I don't need to sneak up on anyone, don't worry!
I'm not sure the reasons for the creakiness, but for me its nothing. Good luck!

I have the same thing! I keep meaning to talk to my doctor about it and keep forgeting. I guess were just noisier now that we're smaller!
