How much exercise are you doing??

I have some gym equipment at home (a weightlifting system and a bike) so I'm on and off those during the day. I also walk everyday. But I used to head up to the pool as well, which is wonderful exercise, and there is no pressure on the joints. And I just LOVE Yoga--- for the mind, body, and soul I was actually surprised to learn that Yoga is an aerobic activity. Jill
